Kanser Hastalarında Yetersiz Beslenmenin Hemşirelik Alanında Küresel Eğilimlerinin Değerlendirilmesi: Bibliyometrik ve Görsel Analiz (2000-2025)

Abstract
Amaç:Yetersiz beslenme kanser hastalarının tedavi süreçlerini, sağ kalım oranlarını ve yaşam kalitesini etkileyen prognostik bir faktördür. Kanser hastalarının yaşadıkları sorunlardan biri olan ve göz ardı edildiğinde sağ kalımı olumsuz etkileyen, beslenme yetersizliği ile ilgili hemşirelik alanında yapılmış olan küresel çalışmaların eğilimlerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmada Biblioshiny uygulaması, RStudio ve VOSviewer araçları kullanılarak veri seti oluşturulmuştur. Dahil edilen çalışmaların; ülke ve kurum analizi, dergi ve yazarların yayın ve atıf oranları, anahtar kelimelerin kullanım sıklığı, tematik, faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Scopus tabanından 2000-2025 arasında hemşirelik alanında yayımlanmış çalışmaların “Shi H” en fazla yayını, “Bozzetti F” en çok atıf alan yazardır. “Nutrition and Cancer” en çok yayın, “Clinical Nutrition” en fazla atıf alan dergidir. En sık kullanılan kelimeler “malnutrition, cancer patients, nutritional assesment”dır. Sonuç: Kanser hastalarında beslenmenin değerlendirmesi ve planlanmasında ortak değerlendirme araçlarının kullanılması gerekmektedir.

Abstract
Aim: Malnutrition is a prognostic factor affecting the treatment process, survival rates, and quality of life of cancer patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the trends in global studies conducted in the field of nursing on malnutrition, one of the problems experienced by cancer patients and which, if ignored, negatively impacts survival. Materials and Methods: The study created a dataset using Biblioshiny, RStudio, and VOSviewer. Country and institution analysis, publication and citation rates of journals and authors, keyword frequency, and thematic and factor analysis were conducted for the included studies. Results: Among the studies published in the field of nursing between 2000 and 2025 in the Scopus database, "Shi H" is the author with the most publications and "Bozzetti F" is the most cited. "Nutrition and Cancer" is the most published, and "Clinical Nutrition" is the most cited journal. The most frequently used keywords are malnutrition, cancer patients, nutritional assesment. Conclusion: Common assessment tools should be used in the evaluation and planning of nutrition in cancer patients.
