Histerektomi ve Transobturator Tape Uygulanan Bir Hastada Imogene King’in Amaca Ulaşma Kuramı Doğrultusunda Hemşirelik Bakımı

Hemşirelik bakımında kuramlar bakımın kalitesini arttırması ve standardizasyonu sağlaması açısından önemlidir. Kullanılan kuramlardan biri de hasta-hemşire iş birliğine dayanarak bakımın kalitesinin artmasını sağlayan Imogene King’in Amaca Ulaşma Kuramı’dır. Bu çalışmada, histerektomi ve transobturator tape (TOT) uygulanan bir hastada Imogene King’in Amaca Ulaşma Kuramı doğrultusunda hemşirelik bakımı planlanmıştır. Postoperatif dönemde King’in Amaca Ulaşma Kuramına göre hemşire ve hasta iş birliği gerçekleştirilerek algılara göre hedefler belirlenmiştir. Kişisel, kişilerarası ve sosyal sistemlere göre ise hemşirelik uygulamaları planlanarak sonrasında da değerlendirilmiştir. Hasta ve hemşire etkileşim ve iletişim yoluyla hemşirelik bakımına aktif katılım sağlamıştır. Bu nedenle hastanın sürece uyumu kolaylaşmış, bakımın kalitesi artmış, hemşire ve hasta otonomi kazanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, King’in Amaca Ulaşma Kuramının histerektomi ve TOT uygulanan kadınların hemşirelik bakımında kullanılabilecek uygun ve etkili bir kuramdır.

Theories in nursing care are important in terms of improving the quality of care and ensuring standardization. One of the theories used is Imogene King's Goal Attainment Theory, which improves the quality of care based on patient-nurse collaboration. In this study, nursing care was planned according to Imogene King's Goal Attainment Theory for a patient who underwent hysterectomy and transobturator tape (TOT) application. In the postoperative period, goals were set according to perceptions through collaboration between the nurse and the patient, in line with King's Goal Attainment Theory. Nursing practices were planned according to personal, interpersonal, and social systems and subsequently evaluated. The patient and nurse actively participated in nursing care through interaction and communication. Therefore, the patient's compliance with the process was facilitated, the quality of care improved, and both the nurse and patient gained autonomy. In conclusion, King's Goal Attainment Theory is an appropriate and effective theory that can be used in nursing care for women undergoing hysterectomy and TOT. |
