Pandemi Sürecinde Hemodiyaliz Tedavisi Alan Hastaların Yaşadıkları Anksiyete İle Covid-19’un Kontrolü Algısı Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract
Amaç: Bu araştırmada pandemi sürecinde hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan hastaların yaşadıkları Covid-19 anksiyetesi ile Covid- 19’un kontrolü algısı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amaçlandı.
Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tasarımla yürütülen araştırmanın evrenini Erzurum ilinde bir hastaneye bağlı hemodiyaliz merkezinde takip edilen 165 hemodiyaliz hastası oluşturmuştur. (N=165) Araştırma, gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra Ocak- Mart 2022 tarihleri arasında 123 hasta ile yürütüldü. Araştırmanın verileri, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Covid-19 Anksiyete Ölçeği ve Covid-19’un Kontrolü Algısı Ölçeği ile toplandı. Veriler SPSS istatistik programı ile analiz edildi.
Bulgular: Covid-19’un Kontrolü Algısı Ölçeği puan ortalaması 2.40±1.02 ve Covid-19 Anksiyete Ölçeği puan ortalaması 2.71±0.87 olarak bulundu. Covid-19 Anksiyete Ölçeği ile Covid-19’un Kontrolü Algısı Ölçeği puanları arasındaki korelasyon değerleri p>0.05 önem düzeyinde anlamsız bulunmuştur.
Sonuç: Hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan hastalarda Covid-19 Anksiyetesi ve Covid-19’un kontrolü algısı arasında ilişki tespit edilmemiştir. Covid-19 Anksiyetesi ve Covid-19’un kontrolü algısı arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyen çalışmaların sayısının arttırılması önerilmektedir.

Abstract
Objective: In this study, it was aimed to determine the relationship between Covid-19 anxiety experienced by patients receiving hemodialysis treatment during the pandemic process and the perception of control of Covid-19.
Method: The population of the study, which was conducted with a descriptive design, consisted of 165 hemodialysis patients followed in a hemodialysis center affiliated to a hospital in Erzurum. (N=165) The study was conducted with 123 patients between January and March 2022, after obtaining the necessary permissions. The data of the study were collected with the Personal Information Form, the Covid-19 Anxiety Scale and the Control of Covid-19 Perception Scale. The data were analyzed with the SPSS statistical program.
Results: The mean score of the Perception of Control of Covid-19 Scale was 2.40±1.02 and the mean score of the Covid-19 Anxiety Scale was 2.71±0.87. The correlation values between the Covid-19 Anxiety Scale and the Covid-19 Control Perception Scale scores were found to be insignificant at the p>0.05 significance level.
Conclusion: No relationship was found between Covid-19 Anxiety and the perception of control of Covid-19 in patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. It is recommended to increase the number of studies examining the relationship between Covid-19 Anxiety and the perception of control of Covid-19.
