İmmünoterapi Alan Alerji Hastalarına Z Tekniği İle Yapılan Tedavinin Konfor, Ağrı ve İstenmeyen Belirtilere Etkisi: Randomize Kontrollü Çalışma Protokolü

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, immünoterapi alan alerji hastalarında Z tekniği ile yapılan tedavinin konfor, ağrı ve istenmeyen semptomlar üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırmada, randomize kontrollü, deney-kontrol gruplu, ön test-son test deneysel tasarım kullanılacaktır. Araştırmaya her bir grupta 35 olmak üzere toplam 70 birey dahil edilecektir. Araştırmada deney grubuna Z tekniği ile İmmünoterapi uygularken, kontrol grubunda standart teknikle işlem uygulanacaktır. Z tekniği ile ilaç uygulanırken sol elin baş ve işaret parmağı ile doku kaldırılarak sağa doğru çekilecek ve enjektör iğnesi dokuya girdikten sonra ilaç yavaşça uygulanacaktır. Uygulama bittiğinde önce enjektör geri çekilecek, ardından doku salınacak ve dokular eski haline dönecektir. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, VAS, Genel Konfor Ölçeği, İstenmeyen Belirtiler (şişlik, kızarıklık, ilacın dışarı sızıntısı) takip formu ile elde edilecektir. Bu araştırmayla Z tekniği ile İmmünoterapi uygulamasının bireylerin konforunu artırarak, ağrı ve istenmeyen belirtileri azaltarak, sonraki araştırmalara randomize kontrollü bir uygulama ile yüksek kanıtlı bir kaynak sunacağı düşünülmektedir.

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Z technique treatment on comfort, pain and undesired symptoms in allergy patients receiving immunotherapy. Randomized controlled, experimental-control group, pretest-posttest experimental design will be used in the research. A total of 70 individuals, 35 in each group, will be included in the study.In the research, while Immunotherapy will be applied with the Z technique to the experimental group, the standard technique will be applied to the control group.While applying the drug with the Z technique, the tissue will be lifted to the right with the thumb and forefinger of the left hand and the drug will be administered slowly after the injector needle enters the tissue.When the application is finished, first the syringe will be withdrawn, then the tissue will be released and the tissues will return to their original state.Data will be obtained with a personal information form, VAS, General Comfort Scale, Undesirable Symptoms(swelling, redness, leakage of the drug) follow-up form.With this study, it is thought that the application of Immunotherapy with the Z technique will increase the comfort of individuals, reduce pain and unwanted symptoms, and provide a highly proven source for future research with a randomized controlled application. |
